Best of Hair four issues running (spanning 12 years)!

PR at Partners started life with one salon in McLean. A mere two years later it was featured in Washingtonian magazine as "the" salon for hair color. In the last twelve years, the company has gone from strength to strength, and has always made the Washingtonian Best Hair Issue (published every three years). In the latest Best Hair issue (2006) we were once again recommended for hair and color!
