Charlotte has been my hairdresser since we both were very young. Through the years I've come and gone, with job moves or moody moves, or whatever, and have suffered scarey haircuts and perms from unknowns. I always turned to Charlotte to fix the bad haircuts, outrageous color, or frizzy perms. With me having a little more maturity now, I always depend on Charlotte for my hair requirements, whether it be a new hairstyle, highlights, cut, or color because I want it done right. I can throw out a brief description of what I have in mind and Charlotte has the uncanny ability to figure it out and always gets it right, the color, cut and style for the perfect "look." Now that I'm a "young" grandmother, I wanted to sharpen up my hairstyle and since I don't have the knack for doing my own hair--too fine and straight, I turned to Charlotte to give me a great style--cut, color and highlights--that makes heads turn when I enter the room--and simple enough for me to do. The bonus to the new "me" is having the incentive now to exercise and lose weight to finish off my very chic and stylish look. I've referred at least half a dozen neighbors and friends to Charlotte because they are blown away by my great looking hairstyle.
