Eileen is the ONLY person I trust with my tresses! She's great working with my unruly hair (does the best blowouts) and is amazing with color.

Eileen is the ONLY person I trust with my hair. I have been going to her for cuts and two step color processes for years. She is fabulous! She takes her time to consult with you, ask you questions about your hair and what you are looking for, and the best part is, she delivers! She is the best colorist I have ever been too! If I want to change, she talks with me about WHY I want to change and what I am looking to achieve. I have people stop me all the time asking who cuts my hair...that says a lot. She is absolutely wonderful and I recommend her to anyone. She is the best, hands down.

I just had a miserable experience and horrible hair cut by a DC 'big name' hair stylist. I spotted a woman in a parking lot with an incredibly terrific hair cut and color! She told me Eileen of PR Partners did the 'do'. I scheduled an appointment with Eileen and WOW she did a super cut and made the color job of the other hair stylist 'pop'. Before the miserable cut from the prior hair stylist, I had gone to one great guy for 30+ years. Never have been able to find anyone to 'replace' him. Well, now I have! Eileen is pleasant, took her time to find out how I felt, evaluated my face structure before cutting and fit the cut to 'me' and my life style. She is one fantastic stylist. This is the first time I have felt comfortable with anyone other than the stylist who color and styled my hair for 30+ years. Eileen as the kids say, 'you rock'! Thank you, Eileen!!!
