Jonathan worked so hard with me -- a brand new customer he'd never met before -- to give me the cut I love. I wouldn't say I'm difficult, just that I have fine hair and a hard time making up my mind. Jonathan was perfect for me -- he insisted that he wanted my hair to be right, regardless of how many tries it took. I took him at his word and after my initial cut, I changed my mind about what I wanted. No problem, I went back for a fix and he did it for free. It wasn't just a quick fix, it was a full-on cut. Wow! True dedication to making me happy with my hair. I really like this new cut and I like Jonathan.
