I had been wearing it long for awhile and was in desperate need of an update. I saw her on 2/28 (she even let me bump my appointment an hour later, as I was running late) and can I just say she was awesome!!! I absolutely LOVE my hair...she took the time to sit down and chat, asked a ton of questions and even found a look online to discuss with me!!! I would rate her 5 stars and I will DEFINITELY be returning soon for a trim. She is great!!! I found Katie on this website as I needed a fun, trendy update to my boring hairstyle. I had been wearing it long for awhile and was in desperate need of an update.
