About a month ago, I went to PR at Partners--Metro Center, to get a Brazilian Keratin Treatment for the first time. I made my appointment with Huey. When I first arrived, Huey made me feel very comfortable. It seemed as if we were long-time friends the way we instantly connected. He answered every question I had about the treatment and even gave me literature to read about the treatment before he started the process. Since I got the Keratin Treatment, my hair has been so soft and frizz-free. Before the treatment, I had to flat-iron my hair at least every other day. Now, I only flat-iron twice a week. My hair feels very light and is very manageable. I put little to no products on my hair. The Keratin Treatment is the BEST thing I could have ever done to my hair. I am SOOOO happy with the results. I've recommended the treatment to everyone I know. Huey is the BEST!!!
I just recently got my hair done at PR and I'm quite pleased. I was given the stylist Hughey and let me just say he worked wonders on my hair. I must admit I was reluctant because I have never had a man to style my hair, plus I have very thick curly unruly hair that can take hours without the right products and patience. Hughey, was friendly but I was a little reserve being new an all. Anyways, he was great at making me feel I was in the right salon with the right stylist for me and my wonderful hair texture...lol. The leave in conditioner and defrizz serum was wonderful. He washed, blew dry, flat iron my hair and then curled with that amazing flat iron that actually kept my curls tight a whole day and half. Usually when stylist curl my hair with the flat irons they don't last but 5 minutes after i leave the salon. I get annoyed because all the money spent. But not Hughey, my curls stayed bent for a while. Thanks Hughley for your professionalism and poise toward me eventhough I gave you vague answers when getting to know me the reserved client. I love what you did with my hair. You're a great stylist. I'll shall return. Thanks! I recommend this stylist highly.
I came into this salon after a very very bad haircut on a Monday morning. Hughey sat me down and fixed my haircut and basically re-did the whole thing, while cracking jokes and making me feel comfortable. Not only did I leave with a great haircut, he didn't charge for it, because he knew how much I had paid for the previous one, and just wanted me to come back. I have finally found the perfect stylist. He really cares about what you want, regardless of what's "in" or not, and does an amazing job blowdrying. I can't wait to go back for color! If you need a wonderful, talented stylist for a great price, I recommend Hughey!!!

I love Jacob's work. I have thick hair (and a LOT of it, at that), however Jacob's ability to work with my hair shows his patience and dedication to more time consuming projects.
One aspect that I feel should be in Jacob's bio is his natural talent of color. Whether highlights or a full color, Jacob's ability to choose the perfect color for my particular features is right on every time. I highly recommend Jacob- he's great, and trust me, you will NEVER be bored his his humor and amazing personality.

Want the best keratin treatment?? Go to Jeremey!! He knows what he is doing and I trust him 100%!!! I have gone to him for 2 keratine treaments and they last a long time. My hair had so much poof at the ends and was frizzy and felt course. After the treament is done you have to wait 72 hours before washing your hair. So worth the wait. After I washed it my hair felt like baby hair..so SOFT!! I don't even blow dry my hair anymore. Looks like I had just gotten it done at a salon. I know he is the best.
Horror story.....My friend got me a certificate to get it done at another salon. They used another brand and the lady I know didnt know what she was doing because I had gone to see Jeremy(the professional) twice already. She didnt work the flat iron all that much into my hair and my hair got caught somewhere on the iron that I have broken strands. My hair isnt smooth. AWFUL JOB!! Ill be seeing Jeremy soon so he can work his magic back into my hair=). Wow never again will I see anybody else. If I get another gift for a keratin treatment from somebody else I will have to tell them to...TAKE IT BACK!! I wouldnt get it done from somebody else even if it was free!! Yes he is the BEST!!!!!!!!!!

I highly recommend Pat. He has been my stylist for over eight years now. At a lot of salons, you have to see two different people for cut and color; but, Pat does a great job with both. He has done such a fantastic job with my latest hair cut that I regularly receive compliments from strangers. I was at a party a few weekends ago, and a woman took pictures of my hair with her cell phone to show her hair stylist because she wanted him to replicate Pat’s cut! As to the color, if you want a natural look, Pat does that very well. I am often confused for a natural blonde. Ha! Thanks, Pat!
For the past four years I've been a victim of compliments thanks to Pat's handiwork- something I’m pretty happy about! With a fun execution (we’re usually laughing and making jokes) and an exact delivery, Pat has been the professional to whom I turn to capture whatever mood is defining my style at the moment. I’ve been preppy, business, rugged, and spiked- Pat’s cuts get it right, and the fact that I change my style just about every month attests to his adaptability and creativity. My hair is also generally pretty short- further underlining that it takes talent to continue to mix it up. For me, that talent is Pat.
Warning: this stylist is addictive! I have been going to Pat for both cut and color for 9 years now, including following him to different PR locations in the area to the Metro Center location where you can find him now. I can not tell you how many people compliment my color when Pat has done it! He seems to take personal pride in knowing what his clients want - even when they don't know themselves. If you're the kind of person ready for anything, he'll give you something fabulous, and if you are a bit timid to take too big of a jump he'll help you make subtle changes you'll love and be comfortable with. I found PR Partners through a previous co-worker who goes to the one in McLean. I worked near PR's on G St, so I thought I would give them a try. Pat was the one I requested and I am happy I did. Every time I see him, he colors (sometimes highlights) and cuts my hair into the newest styles that flatter me, and make me look good. To tell everyone how good he is, I now live and work in Rockville, but I STILL travel all the way down to DC to have Pat do my hair. Put your trust into his hands, you will NEVER be disappointed!!
After living in DC for two years, I had grown tired of receiving the same conservative men's haircut everywhere I went. And then I found Pat. Pat has an excellent sense of style and consistently gives me the cut I need - one that can look professional during the week and hip on the weekends. Pat has been cutting/coloring my hair for years now. I followed him from K Street to Metro Center even though it is not nearly as convenient because I won't let anyone else do my hair. He is fabulous. He understands what I want when choosing a new style, he understands the color I want, he is honest about what won't work (even though I try to convince him it will), and I always feel fabulous when I walk out of the salon (I just realized the lady above said the same thing -- I swear I didn't plagarize -- but it's true). I have never had a stylist cut my hair in such styles that ilicit as many "who cuts your hair?" from strangers on the street as Pat. I'm growing my hair long at the moment but usually keep my hair short and he is fantastic at short, edgy cuts. I'll guess I'll have to follow Pat to the edges of the earth...
I'm not only a client, I'm a fan! Pat is great! He has been my stylist going on 10 years and counting. I have been getting my hair cut and highlighted by Pat for the past 6 years. I get compliments on my cut and color all of the time. He is very honest about what he thinks will look good and he is always right. I had a very bad haircut before I went to Pat and vowed I would never let anyone cut my hair again. After letting my hair grow out for a year I went to Pat and have been hooked ever since. After every haircut I feel like a new person, full of energy and rejuvenated.

Pat is the absolute best! I leave the salon each time feeling like I have a great hairstyle, not just a haircut. Even if you have to keep your hair relatively conservative for work he's always willing to provide advice and deliver a cut that leaves an edge in your cut. The cuts are forward, crisp, and grow out into something that is fun and different from when a cut is fresh. I think that is the best sign of a good stylist. He is a master with hair and color, not only is he patient and a great listener, my hair looks incredible ALL the time! I literally have strangers on the street stopping me with compliments. My hair is the healthiest it has been in years and the level of service Pat provides is one in a million. I will be a loyal fan of his for life!

After a long search of trying to find a stylist, I found Rhonda is the perfect person. I've never been so pleased walking out of a salon after getting the best cut and color! She has a high quality of talent that ranges from sassy, to professional haircuts, which I've had both; and her charm and personality is a pure delight.
My hair was WAY too long for a long time and it needed a change. My cousin suggested I check out Rhonda at PR @ Partners. I was hesitant until I met her. She was able to walk me through a couple of idea she had in mind until we agreed on one. Her confidence in her ability to give me a fresh new look that was right for me was a comfort. I closed my eyes and she got started...and she hasn't stopped since. That was almost a year ago. Even though the economy is not doing so well, I refuse to get my hair cut by just anyone offering a cheap price because with Rhonda, I know my hair is in great hands.
I came to PR Parnters with a very bad haircut and needed a quick fix. Three hours after I called for an appointment, I was sitting in Rhonda's chair. I walked out with a new look and a new stylist. She's fun, fresh, and knows what she's doing! I would suggest Rhonda to anyone, as long as I can still get an appointment on short notice :)
Wow, I can't recall how long its been since Rhonda has been styling my hair. What I love about her is her honesty. I'm a very difficult person to please and am constantly changing my mind. Rhonda has stood by me through my "seasonal" changes with my style, down from cuts to colors. Metro Center is, well I should say, I too am luck to have her. Since my first hair cut and color with Rhonda my professional life and my sex life has Improved dramatically – no kidding! I came in with a whole host of problems … dry ends and incredibly oily roots. I mean OILY – no kidding. Oily to the point where I was applying a mixture of witch hazel and vinegar to my hair every night (apparently smelling like a big pickle is a big turn off for my husband)). This self made concoction of witch hazel and vinegar would keep the oil at bay until about noon at which point I would spend hours at my desk applying baby powder then trying my best to brush it out so and even worse remove the traces of powder from my black pants or suit jacket (very unprofessional not to mention a complete confidence drainer).
I was simply a MESS!
Enter Rhonda, who really listened to me did her best to keep a straight face when I described to her my home remedies (did I mention the rubbing alcohol and sea salt mixture?). She used her tremendous amount of knowledge and training to help me figure out the best products to use for my condition (apparently rubbing alcohol is not on the list). It was a lot of trail and error .. but I finally feel like I have a fighting chance for a good hair day. If you want a stylist who really listens and offers thoughtful and relevant suggestions … Rhonda is the one.
I haven’t even mentioned how thrilled I am with t every cut and the color I have with her. Fabulous! I will go to no one else. Ever!
Rhonda is an amazing stylist. She listened and addressed all my concerns with my hair. I've been searching for a new stylist for over a year now, since moving from Texas. It's been a difficult journey, but I'm so happy I have finally found the one in Rhonda. She colored, cut and styled my hair EXACTLY the way I wanted. I have been seeing Rhonda for several years now -- lately not as often as I would like. She does amazing cuts and color. Recently at a holiday party I was told by a friend that they just LOVED my haircut and wanted to know who did it. I told them, but had to laugh because Rhonda hasn't cut my hair since APRIL!! Truly a testament to the fabulous job that she does because it has grown out looking as good as when she first cut it (although I'm sure that I need at the very least the ends cut and will be making another appointment very soon....!). I can't imagine what I would do without her..... Thank you, Rhonda!

I was in search of a friendly, savvy hair stylist who could tell me how my hair would work with a cut after I left the salon and I definitely found exactly that in Stacy. She not only made my hair look good when I left the salon but I knew how to make it stay looking good for months after. She looked at what I wanted and made it happen. And she was so friendly and spunky, I enjoyed the haircut and conversation. My husband even enjoyed waiting for me because he got to drink hot chocolate. I plan on going back for my next hair cut.
Stacy is the best for men's haircuts. Let's put that out there men! I've lived in this city longer than Stacy has been alive and have found it very difficult to get a good men's haircut. She is the best. OK, so it's not your conservative DC doo, but it is fabulous. And she happens to be as lovely as her picture. I will be back again and again until her schedule fills up with all you jealous bitches waiting in line. And I have referred several other satisfied clients to her already. Thanks a million Stacy.
