Regan knew from the beginning of her tour of the PR Partners Academy that she was meant to be a cosmetologist. She loves working with clients and enhancing their national beauty.

Regan is comfortable working with all textured hair. She is up on all the current trends and can transform your hair to bright blondes or fashion colors or give you the lived-in look…and everything in between!

She will also work with your extremely short hair, such as your lashes and brows. You’ll be relaxed and comfortable during all services, from you cut and color to your lash lift and brow lamination.
