PR at Partners, McLean cancellation policy
If clients cancel within 12 hours or less of the scheduled appointment it will result in a charge of 50% of the service that was on the appointment book.
If clients cancel their appointment the day of their scheduled appointment it will result in a charge of 100% of the service that was on the appointment book.
We do understand life happens and situations arise that are out of our control, we ask kindly that you give the salon a phone call or email 12-hours prior to your appointment in order to avoid any fees or charges.
