Current Policies for Appointment Changes and Cancellations
- We ask for a 24-hour notification of changes or cancellations of appointments. This consideration for the value of your stylist’s time allows our team to accommodate other clients and limits your stylist’s potential loss of income. Any first-time appointments or appointments for services longer than (two/three) hours will require a credit card number to secure your reservation.
Cancellation Fees: We are mindful that unexpected events can disrupt anyone's carefully planned schedule. PR at Partners can only refill missed appointments with proper notification. To reduce the financial impact on your stylist, cancellation charges are:
Between 24 and 12 hours are charged at 50% of the service price.
Cancellations less than 12 hours before your appointment or a missed appointment with no notification will incur a charge of 100% of the service price. You must pay the Penalty fees before any future appointments can be honored or reserved.
- During these times of COVID uncertainties, we will waive fees for appointment changes or cancellations if you are personally experiencing COVID related sickness or exposure. We ask that you contact the salon so that we can reschedule your appointment for at least 5 days from the original appointment.
